Josepha Madigan officially opened a new, state-of-the-art sensory space in Clonaslee College today.
No family or school in the midlands should feel left behind, according to the Minister for Special Education.
Josepha Madigan is in Laois today to officially open a new sensory room and pod at Clonaslee College.
She's also announced two new additional needs classes for the school - one of which is already full for next September.
The classes will cater for six pupils each, with two SNAs and special education teachers each.
The minister also announced approval for an art room and a graphics room.
Minister Madigan says the government is committed to ensuring there are enough resources to keep up with the growing demand:
