Offaly Sports Clubs Suggested For Housing Ukrainian Refugees

It's estimated over 2 million people have now fled.

One third of people who have arrived into Ireland from Ukraine are children.

The Justice Minister says 2,500 refugees in total have come to Ireland so far.

Two thirds of those arriving have been female.

Justice Minister Helen McEntee says they're trying to welcome as many people in as they can.

The United Nations estimates more than 2.1 million people will have fled the country by the end of the day.
