The competition gets underway this weekend.
Strength training has been key for a Laois family in their preparations to compete for the title of Ireland's Fittest Family.
The Gallaghers from Portarlington are back for redemption in the show this year, after falling short in the competition last year.
They'll be competing against families from Carlow, Louth, and Cork, and have enlisted the help of Olympic Athlete Sonya O'Sullivan as a coach to help get them over the line.

The competition gets underway this Sunday on RTÉ One and RTÉ Player at 6.30pm.
