A Laois man says he's disappointed that teddies placed in Portarlington as part of a mental health initiative are going missing.
Mark Condon has been putting teddy bears, with a positive message, around the midlands to promote positive mental health.
He says three bears have been taken since he put them up in Carrick Wood.
However he says the behaviour of others won't stop him:
