The tender process is open for a €200,000 regeneration of a disused courthouse in Offaly.
Funding for the plan to transform the building in Birr into an arts hub was announced in March.
It hasn't been operational since 2013 and will provide a space for artists to live and work, as well as a training facility for the local boxing club.
The closing date for submissions is July 7th.
