Over €30,000 has been raised in less than 24 hours to support an Offaly family.
The online fundraiser has been set up to support the family of a seriously ill Edenderry boy, who's mother has suffered cardiac arrest.
5 year old Aiden McNamee has a rare form of drug-resistant epilepsy called Dravet Syndrome, which means he requires 24 hour care.
However, his mother Emily remains in ICU in a critical condition.
Friends of the family have set up the fundraiser to help the family with added financial strain of paying for the extra care needs for Aiden as his mum was his full time carer.
