43-year-old David Larkin was handed a five month sentence, suspended for 18 months, in court yesterday.
A midlands Senator says he's disappointed a man convicted of harassing him was only handed a five month prison sentence, which was suspended for 18 months.
43-year-old David Larkin of 33 Ardnacassa Lawns, Longford, was charged with harassing Longford Senator Micheál Carrigy, via social media, text and voicemail, on various dates between December 2021 and February 2022.
He was also ordered to not communicate with Senator Carrigy or approach his home for five years, and to not approach his office for two years.
