Carol Nolan has met with management from Transport Infrastructure Ireland.
Transport Infrastructure Ireland says it's ready to deliver the N52 Tullamore to Kilbeggan road, once funding for the project is delivered by the transport department.
Independent Offaly TD Carol Nolan has met with the TII over the long campaigned for Link Road.
The scheme is included alongside other national road schemes identified for consideration in the National Development Plan, but is yet to get funding.
