Trucker's Protest Causes Major Headache For Laois Commuter

It took him five hours to get to work.

Truckers continue to file out of Dublin after protesting since the early hours of this morning. 

They travelled from across Ireland to take the government to task on rising fuel costs.

The impact was felt by commuters in the capital and as far afield as the midlands. 

Robert was late for work this morning - as the protest led to his commute from Laois to Louth taking 5 hours:
