A Turkish man living in the midlands is comparing the response to last week's earthquakes to a similar disaster, 24 years ago.

A Turkish man, living in the midlands, says he feels helpless. 

Kenan Pehlivan says he's constantly watching videos of rescue efforts in his home country. 

24 years ago 17,000 people died when an earthquake hit and he says although the Turkish Government put the best planning system in place after that it's not being regulated.
