Around one in four people says they'd like to become a foster parent at some point.
Around one in four people - mainly women between 25 and 49 - said they would like to become a foster parent at some point in the future.
That's according to Tusla which has launched National Fostering Week.
There are 332 children being cared for over by 250 foster families in the midlands.
