A well-known TV vet originally from Laois believes we'll be able to speak to animals within the next 20 years.
Noel Fitzpatrick of 'The Supervet' comes from Ballyfin and believes technology will be developed in the coming decades that will be able to translate the language of pets.
This includes other animals, such as dolphins, elephants and bumble bees.
The 57-year-old is a director in a number of biotech companies, and has also claimed some pets he's treated in the past enjoy watching tennis on TV, according to the Irish Daily Star.
