Two men have been arrested at a Westmeath train station following reports of abusive behaviour.
The incident happened on a replacement bus in Athlone on Saturday night.
Irish Rail described the incident as completely unacceptable, disruptive, and abusive and apologised to affected passengers.

Gardaí met the bus on arrival and arrested the men in their early 30s from the Dublin area on public order charges.
The men are due to appear before Athlone District Court on June 3 as investigations continue.
