The meat company says their facility in Laois is facing closure if the blockade continues.
Dawn Meats has described the use of balaclavas at beef protests as sinister and unsettling.
The company says it noticed masked protestors outside its Meadow Meats facility in Rathdowney, Co. Laois, which faces possible closure if protests continue.
The firm also confirmed it contacted local Gardaí in relation to concerns about the presence of masked individuals manning the illegal blockade outside its plants in Grannagh.
It says just hours after a deal was agreed with farmer groups over the weekend, protestors hiding their identity with balaclavas appeared on the gates, and continue their protest today.
Meanwhile,
Half of restaurants in the country won't have beef on their menus next week if protests at factories don't end soon.
That's according to the Restaurants Association of Ireland which says steak houses in particular are facing a serious financial hit.
Some restaurants have bulk bought beef in anticipation of the dispute worsening.
Adrian Cummins from the Restaurants Association of Ireland says importing beef is not an option:
