A virtual 5km fundraiser is taking place for an Offaly teenager who suffered significant injuries after being struck by a car last year.
13-year-old James Saunders was out cycling when the incident occured, leaving him in hospital until March.
He still requires specialist treatment and intensive rehabilitation in Temple Street Children's Hospital and the National Rehabilitation Centre.
Tullamore Harriers are running the event, encouraging people to donate €10 and submit their time.
