A midlands school is using virtual reality technology to provide road safety training to students.
Loreto College Mullingar will take part in a nationwide campaign "Your Life Choice", which uses VR headsets to simulate the experience of a serious road incident.
It comes as studies show almost half of 18-24 year olds felt unsafe while travelling in a car, with 60% saying they would not inform the driver.
