Work is progressing on the refurbishment of Rochfortbridge Community Centre.
A Westmeath Community Centre is aiming to reopen this September.
Renovation work is continuing at Rochfortbridge Community Centre, with €300,000 allocated in 2022 for a complete refurbishment.
The remaining electrical and plumbing works are currently being completed.
The goal is to host more than 25 weekly activities at the centre, including pickleball, dance and drama, with employment hubs also planned.
