Westmeath Hotel Set For €250K Boost For Accessibility Upgrades

The Greville arms in Mullingar will complete the works.

A Westmeath hotel is getting over a quarter of a million euro to make it more accessible to people with disabilities.

The Greville Arms Hotel in Mullingar is one of 24 new tourism projects in the Midlands set to benefit under the EU Just Transition Fund.

The long established hotel is set for a revamp to include the installation of a lift and signage for braille.

Another three Westmeath projects will benefit from the initiative with five receiving funds in Offaly and three in Laois.
