The national rate is currently 292 per 100,000 population.
The 14-day incidence rate has dropped in Westmeath but risen slightly in Laois and Offaly.
It comes as the HSE's Chief Clinical Officer says "a positive theme" is emerging as Level 5 restrictions begin to take effect.
Westmeath's incidence rate of covid-19 is still the third highest in the country - but has fallen from 417 per 100,000 people last week, to 404 today.
359 cases have been confirmed in the county over the last two weeks.
Offaly and Laois both had an incidence rate of 222 last Friday.
That's since risen to 225 in Offaly - having recorded 175 cases in past 14 days.
Laois has had 195 new cases in that period - its incidence rate is now 230.
The lowest national 14-day incidence rate was 2.98 cases per 100,000 population on 3rd July - it currently stands at 292.
