Fianna Fáil's Robert Troy is responding to yesterday's announcement that 41 new train carriages will be introduced to the Greater Dublin commuter belt over the next two years.
He says the €150 million investment is long overdue, but provides nothing for commuters in the midlands region who are facing continuous capacity issues on trains.
