A woman has been rescued from a lake in Westmeath.
The alarm was raised when the canoeist became separated from the rest of her group on Lough Ennell yesterday.
The lifeboat from Lilliput Adventure Centre was launched immediately and the woman was discovered 3 kilometres away on the north side of the lake.
Franky and Zak Wright were on board the rescue boat.
115 rescues have been carried out by the centre in the last 25 years.
