A truck struck a woman, aged in her 30s, on the Carrick Road in Edenderry, at about 1 o’clock this afternoon.
She’s been taken to the Midlands Regional Hospital Tullamore with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
Gardaí are now investigating the incident.
