The IFA has announced its new Diversity Strategy.
Women farmers say they're not going to be "tied to the kitchen sink anymore" as a result of the Irish Farmers Association's new Diversity Strategy.
Under the programme, the IFA is hoping to introduce an 80:20 gender split on all of its National Committees by 2025.
It's also aiming to have women making up at least 20% of candidates in future elections.
