Athlone Players Recognised In Team Of The Week

Manager Dario Castelo has also been selected as manager of the week.

Athlone Town are being recognised for the performance they delivered in beating Wexford 4-1 last week.

The midlanders' boss, Dario Castelo has been named "Manager of the Week", while three of the club's four goalscorers from Friday night are named in the "Team of the Week".

The club's top scorer Frantz Pierrot is selected, as is American Matthew Leal, and Jamar Campion Hinds who scored a 30 yard screamer to open the scoring against Wexford.

Town are next out against the run-away league leaders, Galway United.

Congratulations to Dario Castelo who has received the "Manager of The Week" accolade and to Matthew Leal, Jamar Campion-Hinds and Frantz Pierrot who all made the "Team of The Week" for their performances in the 4 - 1 win over Wexford FC.
