The Offaly woman started at centre as Ireland claimed a major scalp in Canada.
Clara's Aoife Dalton was part of an Irish side that secured a historic win over New Zealand in the WXV1 tournament in Vancouver overnight.
A converted try in the closing stages helped the Irish women's team win 29-27, in what was their first game at the event in Canada.
While the Black Ferns struck first with a converted try after nine minutes, Ireland weren't there to make up the numbers.
Aoife Wafer scored the first of her two tries in response moments later.
She double her tally after 32 minutes with Neve Jones putting Ireland in front approaching the end of the first half.
New Zealand struck again with a seven point visit to Ireland's 22, to leave the scores level at the break.
Erin King proved to be the difference maker with her own brace of tries, the second of which set Dannah O'Brien up with a shot at a famous victory.
The Tullow woman converted, with the ball clipping the post on the way over.
