Johnny Kelly’s side suffered defeat against Cork on a final scoreline of 6-25 to 2-11 in Semple Stadium.
Five first half goals from the Rebel’s secured the victory, with consolation goals scored for the Faithful by Oisin Kelly and Adam Screeney.
Cork will now face Galway in the Semi-Finals in two weeks time, with Offaly’s campaign finished for another year.
