Liam Hoare has been reflecting on this year's success with the Under 20 hurlers.
Liam Hoare is paying tribute to those who supported him last year after he and the Offaly Under 20 hurlers qualified for their second consecutive All Ireland final in the grade.
It comes after his manager singled him out for praise when saving a penalty and delivering a player of the match performance against Kilkenny in a Leinster semi-final this month.
Hoare backed that up with another excellent display against Dublin the provincial decider on Wednesday, which included another penalty save.
The Carrig & Riverstown man's success comes off the back of being diagnosed with, and recovering from, a serious illness in 2023.
