Former Westmeath footballer John Connellan is venting his frustration at comments made by Leinster GAA Chairman Pat Teehan at their recent convention.
The Offaly man told the virtual gathering that it is unfortunate some people have decided to target Dublin in a negative manner, following their historic success.
An open letter written by Connellan in the wake of the 2020 Leinster Final calling for more funding for counties outside the capital gained national attention.
It has since developed into a motion which he hopes will go before congress in 2022.
The Athlone club man says Mr.Teehan appears out of touch on the issue:
