Spink Celtic and Clonown Rovers earned victories in the CCFL Shield 1st round, defeating St Angus and Killeigh FC 'B' respectively.
It finished, Spink Celtic 4 St Angus 1 and Clonown Rovers 2 Killeigh FC 'B' 0.
And finally in Division 1, Highfield Utd and Gallen Utd played out a 2-2 draw, Monksland Utd beat St Carthages 1-0, and Walsh Island Shamrocks won a 6-3 thriller against Rosenallis.
