Offaly will find themselves in the re-formatted Division 1B next year.

While four losses and a draw represent a slight improvement in results, performances in all games bar a heavy defeat to Cork were much improved.
Kelly's side led table toppers Clare until the final stages in St Brendan's Park last weekend only to be reeled in at the death.
