Pat Collier and Robert Jones' side were convincing winners over Limerick's junior outfit in Rathkeale on Saturday.
Aimee Collier hit the first goal of the game in the opening minutes, Laois' second goal came courtesy of Avia Coss in the second period.
Their 2-16 to 2-7 victory means they've won two from two with two games in the group stage remaining.
They travel to take on a Mayo side that have lost three on the spin this Saturday in McHale Park.
