There was a winner on the card for Ciaran Murphy.
There was success for two midlands trainers during a twilight meeting at Ballinrobe last night.
First up Mullingar based Ciaran Murphy was back in the winners enclosure with 17/2 shot Coastal World.
Conor Orr steered his mount to victory in a 2m6f maiden hurdle early on the card.
Later in the feature race Mountath's Liam Cusack came very close to bagging the €23,600 prize.
His charge The Dabbler hit the front in the closing stages but was headed close to the line by Thomas Gibney's Agent Boru.
WHAT A FINISH!

Phillip Enright, who recently returned from injury, steps in to ride Agent Boru after Ricky Doyle is stood down due to injury and he wins the @McHaleOfficial Mayo National Handicap Chase. Tom Gibney the winning trainer. 👏 pic.twitter.com/MqfFfxBwxf
Again with Conor Orr in the saddle he gave place punters a good shout in finishing second at odds of 10/1.
Another superb training performance from Cusack.
