Leinster SFC: Five First Half Goals Clinch Quarter Final Spot For Westmeath

They will now face Meath in the next round.

A five star performance saw Westmeath secure their place in the quarter finals of the Leinster Football Championship. 

The Lake County scored five first half goals as they sealed a comfortable 5-25 to 1-16 win away to Longford in Pearse Park.

Luke Loughlin and Brandon Kelly scored two goals each, with Shane Corcoran ending the game with 1-4. 

Mark McHugh's side will now face Division Two winners Meath for a spot in the final four this weekend.
