A late 65 from Eoghan Cahill secured Offaly a draw at home to Kilkenny in the Leinster Hurling Championship yesterday.
The Birr man landed his effort, with the game finishing 1-21 to 0-24 in O'Connor Park, with Cahill ending the game with 0-15 points.
Mikey Carey got the all important goal for the Cat's, with Dan Bourke also impressing with 0-3 from play.
The draw leaves Offaly on two points after three games, following their opening round share of the spoils with Dublin.
