Shake up imminent at Offaly GAA
Over the weekend former county star and RTE pundit Michael Duignan announced that he would be a candidate for the Chairman’s job at the county board when the Convention comes up in December.
Meetings have been held in the county over recent weeks and it is felt that a change is needed at the top on Offaly.
Others who are said to be interested in running for positions on the executive are are Derval Dolan, Brian Gavin andColm Cummins
Midlands103 Sport was talking to a very reliable source this morning who says that they want to emphasise that there are some very good people on the executive at the moment but that they want to freshen up the county board at the top level going forward.
