Midlands Counties Minor Football Campaigns Hanging In The Balance

It looks likely two out three of Laois, Offaly, and Westmeath will progress to the next phase at best.

The Leinster Minor Football Championship continues on Saturday with Laois, Offaly, and  Westmeath needing results to go their way.

Westmeath find themselves at the foot of group two after two defeats from two.

The Lake County need to beat Meath to ensure they make a  pre-liminary quarter-final.

Elsewhere in that group Kildare face Louth.
