They were among 11,000 people who finished the course.
The Rotterdam marathon is a well attended event on the amateur athlete circuit each year and in 2021 there was some standout performances from the representatives of Ferbane Athletic Club.
Among the field of over 11,000 in Holland were Mick Fogarty, Paul Buckley and Paul Conlon.
The trio made their mark on the 26.2 mile course.
Mick Fogarty was the first of the trio home in a time of 2 hours and 31-minutes which placed him second in the over 40 category for men on the day.
It was a similar success story for Paul Buckley, who completed the course just over seven minutes later in 2 hours 38-minutes for a third-placed finish in the over 45 category.
Not to be outdone Paul Conlon also made it through the streets of the Dutch city in a time of 2 hours and 46-minutes.
A superb effort from involved at a major European event.
