Clare topped Offaly's group after they drew with Tyrone.
The Offaly ladies are heading to a relegation play-off after they lost their final Intermediate All Ireland football championship group game yesterday.
They were beaten by Wicklow 2-9 to 0-13.
The Faithful's scorers were: Roisin Cockram 0-5, Amy Gavin Mangan, Emily Bailey, Saoirse McGuinness 0-2 each, Ava Dolan & Emma Hand 0-1 each.
Elsewhere in the group there was a draw between Clare and Tyrone, so Clare top the group and will have a home quarter final.
Offaly will now plan for Longford who they'll face in that relegation decider on July 8th.
Antrim, Monaghan and Leitrim join Kildare, Clare, Tyrone, Westmeath and Wexford in the quarter-finals.
Kildare, Clare, Wexford and Antrim finished on top of their respective groups and will have home advantage for the last eight ties.
