The county board recorded a small surplus for 2024 overall.
Offaly GAA's Faithful Fields ran at an operating deficit of over €90,000 over the course of 2024.
The county board's latest set of accounts show the Faithful County reached the end of the financial year with a €16,908 surplus.
However Offaly's much vaunted centre of excellence saw a 40% drop in revenue, compared to 2023.
The majority of this decline can be attributed to a €46,550 decline in sponsorship revenue for the ground, along with over a 75% decrease in energy grants received.
Despite this year's costs, plans are in place for Offaly GAA to lease another 15 acres of land nearby to extend the Kilcormac facility.
Costs are broadly up on last year across the board, up 13%, €2.79m up from €2.4m last year.
However that's been offset by strong commercial performance in terms of revenue.
Total income for the association is up just under €300,000 on the year previous, from €2.5m up to €2.8m in 2024.
