They take on Fermanagh in Boyle on Sunday.
Offaly's future at Intermediate level could decided this weekend.
They travel to Boyle to take on Fermanagh in a relegation semi-final at 2pm.
The winner will secure their status in the second tier for another year while the loser will go on to scrap for survival against Longford in a week's time.
Offaly faced difficult opposition in the group phase in the form of Louth and Down while Fermanagh failed to come out of the round robin series with Clare and Leitrim.
If the Ernesiders lose it will spell an immediate return to the junior ranks.
