Tullamore forward Harry Plunkett was the hero for his side as he kicked three two pointers in the final few minutes to secure the three in a row.
The reigning champions were pushed all the way by Ferbane, but managed to see off the challenge with a 0-19 to 1-12 win in O'Connor Park on Sunday.
Darragh Flynn's 56th minute goal gave Ferbane a three point lead, however Plunkett finished the game with 0-8, with 0-7 coming in the final six minutes.
It's the first time the club has completed a three in a row success since 1926 and they will now take on The Down's in the Leinster Championship.
