It was cancelled by the R&A last year.
The Open Championship will go on this summer, even if there won't be spectators.
That's according to a recent interview by Martin Slumbers, the chief executive officer of R&A.
It was cancelled last year because of rising case numbers in the UK and short timeframe with which to re-schedule the event.
The tournament is due to be played between July 15th and 18th at Royal St George's Golf Club in England.
Shane Lowry remains the last winner of the Claret Jug in 2019.
The other three majors, the US Open, The Masters and the USPGA Championship all took place last year.
The Masters is returning to it's regular time of April with limited spectators.
