It's the first time the Laois side have made it this far.
Portlaoise Panthers are in a men's National Cup final for the first time in their history.
The Laois club bounced back from a poor start to complete a 12 point victory over Titans BC, in their President's National Cup semi-final on Saturday.
The final score at Parochial Hall in Cork was 67 points to 55.
James Phelan top scored for the Panthers with 17, the majority of which came in an impressive second half performance from the eventual winners.
Their Head Coach Jack Scully says they fought for their place in the final:
The final will see the Panthers come against Limerick Celtics, with both teams undefeated in all competitions so far this season.
Tip off at Tallaght Stadium is set for 3.30pm on Saturday.
