Kilcormac-Killoughey manager Shane Hand believes his opposite number Trevor Fletcher will find the experience of coaching his side through a county final harder as a consequence of his more recent playing days.

Tipperary man Fletcher played with KK in the All Ireland senior club final of 2013, with St Thomas's of Galway winning on the day by two points.
