It's after The O'Moore County, having lost a championship relegation play-off against Kildare last year, were not relegated and instead find themselves in the Intermediate Championship again.
A difficult league season in division 2A yielded five defeats from five.
After seeing that Laois were playing Intermediate in the ratified fixture list this year, a meeting was called for GPA and club reps where the player voiced their frustration at the lack of communication about the decision.
