Town Rattle Treaty Net Seven Times In Clean Sheet Win

The midlanders found their winning form in spectacular fashion on Saturday.

Athone Town ended a run of three defeats on the bounce with a 7-0 win over Treaty United in the Women's Premier Division on Saturday.

A first half brace from Gillian Keenan was followed up by five goals in a space 13 minutes , with strikes from Dana Scheriff, Chloe Singleton, Scarlett Herron, Kellie Brennan and Hazel Donegan. 

Victory sees Town move onto 16 points, 12 points behind leaders Peamount United who they travel to next this weekend.
