They ran out 3-13 to 0-13 winners over Portlaoise in O'Moore Park to win their fourth county title in the last five years.
Pat Roe's side scored goals at crucial times during the contest on Sunday, through Jake Foster in the 21st minute, Darragh Galvin in the 46th, and Colm Murphy in the 57th minute to seal a comfortable nine point win.
