Joe Fortune's charges shipped six goals in a one-sided contest at TEG Cusack Park.

The Westmeath hurlers are in need of a break from the Leinster Hurling Championship according to their manager Joe Fortune.

The Lake County suffered through another tough day against elite opposition in Mullingar on Saturday as Galway put 6 goals and 33 points past them.

Fortune's men will next be out against Wexford on Sunday week.
