It follows a recent online meeting of county board delegates.
There'll be six teams vying for the Westmeath Senior Hurling title next year.
Clonkill will be aiming to defend their crown against Castletown Geoghegan, Lough Lene Gaels, Castlepollard, Crookedwood and Raharney.
The Senior 'B' format will remain unchanged in 2021 but the final make up of those competing has yet to be decided.
Raharney's second team could be involved however they're still due to face Cullion in last season's relegation playoff.
The other teams in the running will be Delvin, Brownstown, St. Brigid's and Ballymore (Fr.Dalton's).
At Intermediate level Turin, St. Oliver Plunkett's, Clonkill, Southern Gaels, Ringtown, Castletown Geoghegan and the loser of the Senior 'B' relegation decider will attempt to make the step up next year.
