Jack Mullins from Kilbeggan Pitch & Putt club won the title in Athgarvan in Kildare on Saturday.
Against a top quality field he managed to shoot a total of 7 under par overall, winning by two shots.
Level with the clubhouse leader with two holes to play, Jack made birdie on the last two holes to complete the win.
This completes a unique double after he won the U13 All Ireland title two years ago.
